Changing Wxman Collective is an arts and literary magazine for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) folks of marginalized genders. As such, we kindly ask you to refrain from submitting if you do not identify as BIPOC and of a marginalized gender identity. Response times are typically between 1-3 months; we aim to publish at least two issues per year.
